In 1997 NRT received its first gaming jurisdiction license and the beginning of a new era for casino industry automation took shape with the advent of the QuickJack™ Jackpot Dispensing product line. With the rapid acceptance of slot machine "Ticket-in/Ticket-out" technology (TITO), NRT was uniquely positioned to meet industry needs by adapting the Jackpot Dispensing product to a self-serve redemption product.
